“How to Love Yourself More” is a simple but tricky issue for many of us.

The year 2022 is going to be a big year for self-love.

Not because the world will end or because we’ll finally get our hoverboards (although, who knows, maybe we will).

Most of the world’s major problems–from climate change to income inequality to the 1%–are going to be worse in 2022 than they are today.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t learn to love ourselves more than ever before.

At some point in every person’s life, they realize that they need more love and affection in their life.

For some, this comes in the form of a new relationship. For others, it’s a job or a new hobby.

For others, it’s a personal growth class or a meditation retreat.

We’re living in a time of profound self-awareness.

As a result, it can be hard to love ourselves sometimes.

We compare ourselves to others, we feel insecure about our bodies, our skills, and our talents.

Having a personal Life Coach helps a lot in this journey.

But if you can learn to love yourself a little more, you’ll be able to overcome these struggles and live a better, more fulfilled life.

You’ve heard the saying “love yourself first,” but did you ever really stop and think about what that actually means?

I’ll tell you something shocking: loving yourself doesn’t mean having positive thoughts or finding the “good” in your flaws.

It’s not about trying to be “selfless” in order to gain self-acceptance.

It’s not even about being committed to your own personal well-being.

It’s about being honest and compassionate with yourself, even when it’s difficult.

It’s about setting healthy boundaries so that you can maintain your own health and well-being.

It’s about valuing yourself enough to say no to the things and people that aren’t good for you.

Most importantly, it’s about learning to love and appreciate yourself just the way you are.

The truth is, self-love is not about you at all. It’s about learning to set your own needs aside for the sake of others.

It’s about putting the needs of others before your own, even when it means putting your needs on the back burner.

It’s about being okay with being uncomfortable.
