Anyone can create a plan at this link: When users sign up to a plan, the plan will show up on their Lift list along with an instruction for what to do that day “Since I read your email last night, I\u2019ve signed up for this plan\u00a0(Get Productive the AgileWay<\/a>) and ordered the corresponding book.\u201d ~ Beta User<\/p><\/blockquote>\n We\u2019re still learning but here are some benefits we\u2019ve already identified:<\/p>\n Hold up! \nA lot of times, you know what you want to achieve but don\u2019t know what steps you take to get there. Coaching plans give you those concrete steps. \u00a0(“Habits” in Lift \u2013 like “Drink more water” \u2013 don’t require specific steps.)<\/p>\nHow does it work?<\/h2>\n
